Product Handling and Processing time.

From an order that has been placed, the handling/processing time can take up to 72H before receiving a tracking number. All of our products have a handling/processing time that can range from a couple of hours up to 72 hours before receiving a tracking number/ticket. 

ALL PURCHASES MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE ANY PRODUCT REQUEST WILL BE FULFILLED AND SHIPPED!

It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that they select the correct area from where each product is shipped. It is advised to select the area or country you reside in to ship from. This will help prevent unnecessary delays in shipping.

If we DO NOT ship directly from the country you reside in, please select ship from China. This will allow people from different countries to purchase the product in question. 

Shipping time estimates

We ship directly from the USA.

Free shipping can not always guarantee fast delivery unless stated otherwise.

Shipping in the USA takes 3-15 days unless specified otherwise. 

Shipping in SOUTH AFRICA takes 3-15 unless specified otherwise. If products are out of stock shipping can take up to 35 days.

Shipping to the UK, CANADA, AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND usually takes 5-35 days depending where the product is shipped to and from. Shipping rates may apply and vary from country to country.

Shipping to the rest of the world can take from 20-40 or 20-60 days depending on the product and where it is shipped to and from. Shipping rates may apply and vary from country to country.

 

SHIPPING TIMES.

Shipping times are estimated and can not always guarantee the delivery of all products on time. Some countries like USA, UK and EU do not experience delay in shipping but shipping times are not always guaranteed. 

To ensure faster delivery please select the appropriate shipping method for your needs.

Shipping is done from all over the world. Majority of the shipping is on a estimated time line. Back orders can happen and shipping can be delayed to countries up to 30-75 days. In these events depending on country and shipping method selected we do offer discount on future purchases depending on the product. All products are insured and money back is guaranteed if your order is not delivered within a period of up to 75 days. 

If you have not received the product in the estimated time of arrival, depending on the shipping method and terms you selected, it is the buyers responsibility to contact our support team to follow up on the issue.

 

TAXES AND IMPORT FEES

GadgetShopGuy does not add any additional fees on product purchases but this is not limited to certain country regulations. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure they have read product descriptions and select where products are shipped from (if available in other countries) to avoid unnecessary disputes or delays in shipping.

Some countries have restrictions on products and the buyer is liable for any additional fees, taxes or import duties. The buyer understands that he/she will be liable for any additional costs when it comes to the selected countries taxes and fees on products. GadgetShopGuy will not issue a refund if your product is being withheld at customs for import duties. GadgetShopGuy will also not be held liable for any additional import fees, taxes or duties when the product arrives in your selected country. These fees are additional and is the liability of the buyer.

IF THE CLIENT PROVIDES THE WRONG DELIVERY DETAILS HE/SHE WILL BE LIABLE FOR HIS/HER OWN LOSSES.
